About Slurm

Every user by default is assigned to Normal Queue. Each queue can use max of 2 GPU i.e., 2xA100 160GB and max duration that your job can run is 72 hours. After 72 hours your job will be auto terminated.

Only in special case with approval of APPCAIR Head we can provide you super queue which do not have any restrictions of the time for job and max. GPU you can use is 4xA100 320GB.

Can I install Applications by myself?

No, you will not have root or sudo access so you need to request by sending email to appcair.itadmin@goa.bits-pilani.ac.in. However you can create your own environment and install applications with your environment.
